Victoria Robinson / Owner

Having a successful dog walking company in San Francisco since 1997, I knew that I wanted to expand to the next level of exceptional dog care. With dogs of my own that had never been kenneled, High Tail Hotel had to be very special; it was literally built for my own dogs.  Although 2 of my dogs had physical limitations, they still loved nothing more than to be with other dogs at a dog park. So I built them one…indoors.

Anything and everything that we do here is for the love and safety of all dogs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lauren Duerksen

Lauren is a lover of shepherds, mother of a Scottie who thinks she's a Pit Bull, and co-director, producer, and writer of the critically acclaimed “Da Monte Show”. Outside of High Tail, she is the crazy dog lady. Some people get it, most do not. Guilty pleasures include bad pop music, people watching, TV, and making up catchy songs about dogs.

 

 

Julia Melen

Julia is no stranger to the world of dogs having been raised by a gang of Wild Rescue Pugs and other variety Mutts. She is owned by Dustin, a Senior Dalmatian, and the two can be found sniffing the streets of San Francisco together, as Dustin's favorite past time is introducing himself to restaurants and bakeries. Julia loves promoting Muttville the Senior Dog Rescue that High Tail Hotel fosters for, and hopes you will consider rescuing a Senior dog. Also, all cookie donations can be forwarded to Dustin's mouth.

 

Liv Loo

Liv, descendant of Loo, ruler of giant breeds (read: Rotties, Mastiffs, etc) and master of front desk. Basically, I’m that girl who checks your dog in with drooled-on pants and her hair is in some sort of ridiculous bun. Oh right.. I’m the High Tail photographer too (no.. not for Facebook).

Rebecca Hoffman

I am Rebecca; I have tenacity of a Terrier, stubbornness of a Bulldog and the loyalty of a Shepherd. You probably wouldn't recognize me if I didn't have a pack of dogs around me, a cup of coffee or a dog behavior book in my hand.

 

 

 

 

Diana DiCostanzo

Diana loves her position as an official dog cuddler with High Tail Hotel. She has extensive training in this field, having gone from novice to professional cuddler with her own six family dogs growing up, as well as any dog she would encounter out in public. A recent transplant to SF by way of Boston and New York, she brings her East Coast cuddling style to your pet here at High Tail. She also specializes in kisses for your pup!

 

 

 

 

Emily Lam
Being a San Francisco native, I have had the privilege of living in one of the most dog-loving cities in the world. At the age of 12, my first dog was a high-energy Springer-Beagle mix, Annie. I have experience with (and a soft spot for) bully breeds, so I run my doggie groups with a stern attitude and with lots of hugs & kisses. I hope you will stop by High Tail Hotel, so I can meet your furry companion(s)!
