IMPORTANT: For all our guests safety, we need to see written proof of vaccinations. Please fax them to us ahead of time at 415-913-7102.
Please check all records in advance, as we must turn away any guest without up-to-date vaccinations.
All dogs are required to come in with their owners for a complimentary "Meet and Greet".
MEET AND GREET
All our guests go through a Meet and Greet process prior to any first time stay or daycare. The purpose of this socialization is two-fold; 1.) It is a way for us to watch your dogs’ behavior off-leash while meeting staff and future playmates and 2.) It lets your dog experience the surroundings and get a feel for the hotel before they come in to spend a significant amount of time. We think our meet and greets foster a feeling of familiarity. When your dog knows the hotel is a fun place to visit it makes their stay far more relaxed and successful.
MEDICAL NEEDS
Many dogs require special or daily medical attention. Each member of our staff has been trained and certified in Pet First Aid and CPR and we employ a system of cross-check tracking to make sure each dog get their meds on schedule.
FEEDINGS
We ask that you bring your own food for your dog’s stay. It’s much easier on their stomachs and its one more reminder of home. We can accommodate any type of special diet; you’ll never be charged extra for feedings or medication.
ILLNESS OR EMERGENCY
If your dog should become ill while staying with us, we will consult with your veterinarian of record. Our emergency vet is San Francisco Veterinary Specialists, which is open 24 hours a day and located a short distance from the hotel. To safeguard the health of every guest, any pet that becomes ill will be placed in a separate room until a veterinarian can see them.
