Doki & Dexter, A Love Story

We are all familiar with those classic love stories. Stories where love triumphs over all else, where good conquers evil, where love withstands the test of time. Romeo and Juliet spot each other across a crowded room and fall in love instantly. War broke out over the beauty Helen of Troy. Aida and Radames profess their love for each other even though it’s not accepted and leads to a fatal end. And if there were any story of love in the present day as epic as all of these tales, it would be that of Doki Doki and Dexter.
Dexter Goodspeed, with eyes full of lustYou could say this was a tale of love at first bark. Love at times can defy all expectations. Never would one think that a Beagle and a Pomeranian would become star-crossed lovers…but such a magical place is High Tail Hotel that it creates these stories of happiness.
We meet our protagonists: Doki Doki, a happy beagle who loves treats as much as High Tail Hotel loves dogs. And Dexter Goodspeed-Cook, a senior Pomeranian whose business cards read, “adding cuteness to the world, every day” (Go ahead, add him on Facebook! www.facebook.com/Dexter.Goodspeed.Cook). Separately, these two are cute, lovable dogs that add immense amounts of happiness when they grace High Tail with their presence. But together, they become a couple whose love is a force to be reckoned with. When asked about what the secret to a happy 
Doki Doki & Dexter, together as...two?relationship is, Dexter replied “We love to be around each other. It’s that closeness that keeps our love strong”. Doki Doki when interviewed added, “He’s obsessed with me. Like, he follows me around all the time. I think he likes me…did someone just open a can of dog food?”. The reporter was unable to get any follow up answers at this time.
So ok, maybe this story is different than that of Romeo and Juliet. Maybe it’s more of a one-sided, unrequited love tale. But nevertheless, you cannot deny that High Tail Hotel offers the magical backdrop to what may or may not be considered a fairytale love story.

Dexter, you are an inspiration for all the seniors out there who thinks its too late for love. Never say never. And what a looker you found - Doki Doki has got it goin' on! I know Dexter is a complete gentleman, but it turns out, a very smooth barkin' Pomeranian to boot! And I love the Hotel - what a great place to hang out. Thanks for telling their tale :)
